Roxstar Brewing Company offers consulting services in logistics management, optimization of technological fermentation processes, and financial inventory management for premium beverage production units. Services include training on industrial energy efficiency, raw material quality control, and distribution network auditing.
The Client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information regarding production processes and inventories. Roxstar Brewing Company undertakes to provide services in accordance with industry standards, without guaranteeing specific financial results. Any technical or financial recommendation is based on data provided by the client.
Roxstar Brewing Company cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including production interruption or market fluctuations. Total liability for any claim is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud or personal injury.
Payments shall be made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issuance. Refunds are available only for services not rendered, with written notification within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are granted for completed training or delivered audits.
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In case of material non-compliance (non-payment, provision of false data), the contract may be terminated immediately by written notice. After termination, confidentiality obligations remain valid for 2 years.
Roxstar Brewing Company reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice, communicated by email or on the website. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
